A Heart Attack Waiting to Happen

I know it might look and sound gross, but I'd be willing to try a bite. I know they talk about how to cook it, but could the normal joe-schmo bbq'er do it? I'd be so worried we would start a huge bonfire of bacon and sausage grease.
